Job summary

GM Defense seeks a Program Manager MILCOTS to own end-to-end vehicle programs, manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality, and serve as the primary contact for U.S. and international government customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and finance, build strong program content decisions, and report via gated reviews. A bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of program management, and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years progressive experience in program management or related fields.
• U.S. citizenship required to comply with government contract provisions.
• Experience with vehicle integration and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of MILCOTS programs from capture through delivery and sustainment.
• Define, develop, and manage program content including decisions, changes, and trade-offs.
• Oversee vehicle integration across engineering, manufacturing, safety, and upfit content.
• Own program imperatives (scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, quality) and establish standard operating mechanisms.
• Chair and represent programs in internal reviews and customer interactions.
