Job summary

Miltope Corporation in Huntsville, Alabama, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex government and commercial programs from proposal through contract award and execution. You will own cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk, while maintaining EVMS artifacts and delivering on-time results in a hardware manufacturing environment.

You will partner with Business Development to grow the portfolio, negotiate scope and price with customers and suppliers, and mentor cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of program management in the defense and/or aerospace industry.
Ability to obtain/maintain a US security clearance.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-functional teams from proposal through contract award.
Own cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk.
Maintain EVMS artifacts and report earned value.
Interface with customers, BD, and suppliers to drive proposals.
