Job summary

GM Defense MILCOTS Program Manager role leads end-to-end management of multiple defense vehicle programs for international and domestic customers. You’ll own scope, schedule, cost, risk, and team performance while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to deliver field-ready vehicles.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in program management of complex vehicle/defense programs, strong financial discipline, and excellent communication to direct diverse teams in ambiguous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive program management or leadership in complex cross-functional programs.
• U.S. citizenship or export control eligibility is required.
• U.S. citizenship required to comply with government contract provisions.
• Demonstrated program management leadership of complex initiatives.
• Experience with vehicle integration and validation/manufacturing challenges.
• Strong business acumen with budgets, forecasts, and profitability tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple programs from capture to delivery and sustainment.
• Define, develop, and manage vehicle program content, changes, and cost/weight trade-offs.
• Oversee vehicle integration with engineering, ensuring feasibility and safety.
• Own program imperatives and establish integrated master schedule and risk dashboards.
• Chair program reviews and drive clear decisions and accountability.
• Lead PET and cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
