WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a MILCON Program Manager to support INDOPACOM in Guam. The role coordinates with military and government entities to plan, synchronize, and facilitate posture infrastructure programs, ensuring timelines and joint operational effects.

Responsibilities include assessments, technical analyses, acquisition strategies, and cross-functional coordination with leadership and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 7+ years MILCON program management.
• Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility preferred.
• Experience as COR and familiarity with DoD processes.
• Strong project management, scheduling, cost control, cost estimating, QA and budget management.

Responsabilidades

• Assess project complexity, feasibility, and timelines for posture infrastructure projects.
• Analyze sequencing, schedules and acquisition strategies to expedite completion.
• Identify critical path items and develop mitigation strategies to shorten timelines.
• Coordinate execution across division branches and relevant organizations.
• Facilitate data collection and analysis to advance posture infrastructure programs.
• Develop and deliver execution briefings for diverse audience levels.
• Provide support to division leadership and cross-functional branches.
