Job summary

WWC Global is seeking a MILCON Program Manager to support INDOPACOM, with the JPMO in Guam coordinating with DoD and government entities to plan posture infrastructure programs. The role ensures timelines, conducts analyses, and leads cross-functional coordination to achieve joint operational effects.

The candidate will manage assessments, acquisition strategies, and briefing delivery, while supporting division leadership and multiple branches in strategic execution and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required.
• Active Secret security clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
• COR experience in MILCON program management is essential.
• Minimum 7 years MILCON program management experience.
• Experience with multiple contract types (DB, DBB, FFP, CP).

Responsibilities

• Assess project complexity, feasibility and timelines for posture infrastructure programs.
• Perform technical analyses of sequencing, schedules, and acquisition strategies.
• Identify critical path items, develop mitigation strategies, expedite timelines.
• Coordinate execution across division branches and stakeholders.
• Facilitate data collection and analysis to advance posture programs.
• Develop and deliver execution briefings for leadership audiences.
• Provide support to division leadership and knowledge management branches.
