Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced facilities project engineer to support MILCON and UMMC engineering analysis, documentation, and requirements development. You will review MILCON/UMMC requirements, validate assumptions, and prepare structured documentation to inform scoping and prioritization across planning and engineering stakeholders.

Your role involves evaluating facility condition information, coordinating with headquarters and regional teams, and ensuring compliance with UFC

Qualifications

• Knowledge of facility engineering principles, building system performance, or installation sustainment practices.
• Ability to interpret engineering inputs, technical reports and drawings, field conditions, or planning information, and incorporate them into structured summaries for leadership review.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to support gathering and tracking of schedule, requirements, facility lifecycle workflows, or technical review preparation.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in facilities engineering, facility lifecycle workflows, infrastructure analysis, or engineering support activities (or Master’s with 2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Review MILCON and UMMC requirements, validate engineering assumptions, and prepare structured documentation for scoping and prioritization.
• Evaluate facility condition information and review multidisciplinary engineering inputs.
• Support development of pre‑decisional MILCON documentation packages coordinating with HQ, regional commands, Public Works, and installation planning teams.
• Ensure inputs comply with UFC, IBC, and installation mission requirements.
• Synthesize engineering data to deliver MILCON/UMMC solutions that strengthen installation readiness.
