Job summary

Geocgi seeks a Facilities Management Analyst to support USMC MILCON workflows and master planning efforts from a hybrid work model with primary location remote and occasional on-site days at the Pentagon. You will provide data, analytics, and consulting to meet mission requirements across Force Design and capital investments.

The role requires 4+ years in facility management with a Bachelor's degree (or 2+ with a Master's), strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal

Qualifications

• Experience in facility management, master planning, asset management and MILCON workflows.
• Ability to analyze data from MILCON portfolios and translate findings into reports.
• Knowledge of MILCON and Force Design performance metrics and standards.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor master planning efforts and MILCON project portfolios.
• Conduct analyses to support space requirements, facility config and readiness.
• Define and document MILCON execution metrics across the USMC portfolio.
• Perform financial analysis and prepare draft/final program reports.
• Provide automated reporting solutions for MILCON projects and financials.
• Reconcile MILCON data with authoritative sources and support data integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document system requirements and analytics capabilities.
• Advise on MILCON and Force Design optimization best practices.
• Assist in creating briefs and whitepapers as needed.
