Nalley Consulting is seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst (MILCAP) based at DIA HQ in Washington, DC. Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph are required.

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of all-source experience (or 12+ years without a degree) is needed. You will produce strategic assessments, analyze adversarial systems, and deliver high-quality briefings for clients ranging from tactical to strategic levels, leveraging ICD 203/206 standards and MIDB/MARS experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems
• Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
• 3+ years as an all-source military capabilities analyst
• Knowledge of conventional weapon systems
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards

Responsibilities

• Produce strategic-level assessments and MILCAP products addressing the MILCAP problem set
• Develop high-quality written products and briefings tailored to clients ranging from tactical to strategic levels
• Follow publication standards and analytic tradecraft in all deliverables

Location: DIA HQ, Washington, DC Clearance and polygraph requirement: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI polygraph conducted in the past 7 years will be highly prioritized. As a Military Capabilities All-Source Analyst on our team, you'll help your client by providing production that study complexity of adversarial systems. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the MILCAP problem set with a specific focus on developments and trends.
