E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking an All Source Analyst (RUS) to join our team at JBAB, DC, supporting the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office. The role focuses on researching and producing strategic all-source intelligence Assessments for policymakers and warfighters.

The candidate must be a U.S. citizen with TS/SCI w/CI poly clearance. The position is full-time in a government-related environment with up to 10% travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience required.
• U.S. Citizen required.
• DoD security clearance at the appropriate level required.

Responsibilities

• Research, produce, and disseminate strategic-level all-source intelligence assessments on microelectronics and weapon systems across their lifecycle.
• Provide high-consequence intelligence production and briefing support under high-pressure conditions for warfighters and national leadership.
• Apply knowledge of all-source tradecraft, microelectronics trends, and IC publication standards to deliver rigorous assessments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on regional dynamics and microelectronics analysis to guide and mentor analysts.
