Job summary

Times Microwave Systems is seeking a Mil/Aero Sales Manager to lead outside sales efforts in the Southwest region (AZ/CA). You will manage a network of independent reps, drive major program opportunities, and collaborate with Engineering, Programs and Finance to deliver RF interconnect solutions.

The role emphasizes developing key accounts, forecasting, and travel up to 40% to support customer needs across aerospace and defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a focus on business management, operations or engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in outside sales environment.
• Experience selling to major military primes beneficial.
• Familiar with establishing and managing a sales rep network.
• Experience with RF interconnect products a plus.
• Located within the Southwest region (AZ or CA) to support sales activity.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of Times Microwave products in the Mil/Aero market.
• Direct key account development and sales responsibility.
• Develop and manage key program and sales opportunities in the territory.
• Coordinate with a team of other direct Business Dev. Managers.
• Generate customer quotations and proposals with Engineering, Programs and Finance as required.
• Collaborate with engineering on custom product solutions.
• Manage expectations between customers and the company on lead times and availability.
• Provide regular forecasting and pipeline updates.
• Travel up to 40% as required.
