Albany Medical College seeks a full-time, fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and advance its Complex Benign Gynecology Program. The candidate will join a growing regional referral practice focused on advanced benign gynecologic disease, minimally invasive surgery, multidisciplinary care, education, and academic development.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) fellowship.
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible for New York medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized evaluation and longitudinal management of complex benign gynecologic conditions.
• Perform advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including complex laparoscopic and robotic procedures.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care pathways with gynecologic imaging, urology, colorectal surgery, and oncology.
• Teach and mentor medical students and residents in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
• Engage in quality improvement, outcomes research, and scholarly activity.
• Contribute to development of Albany Medical Center's Complex Benign Gynecology Program.
