Job summary

SFE is seeking a Migration PM / Change Lead to drive enterprise migration waves across Dallas, Phoenix, and Columbus. You will own cutover scheduling, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination with technical teams and data owners.

Responsibilities include building wave plans, managing RACI and sign-offs, creating user communications, and tracking risks and ServiceNow tickets through closure. Prior migration leadership experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise migration waves and cutovers.
• Strong stakeholder management and risk-management capability.
• Working knowledge of OneDrive/SharePoint end-user impacts.

• Build and maintain wave plans, cutover schedules, dependencies, readiness.
• Facilitate business-unit kickoffs and coordinate data owners, technical teams, support.
• Manage mapping worksheets, RACI, ownership confirmation, attestation and sign-off.
• Develop cutover communications, user guidance and training materials.
• Track risks and issues and ServiceNow tickets through closure with escalation.

Full-Time Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Wave-based migration planning and cutover scheduling.
• Business-unit kickoff facilitation and stakeholder management with non-technical data owners.
• Mapping-worksheet methodology - folder ownership, backup owners, background applications, retention-flagged records and permission steps.
• RACI construction and data-owner sign-off and attestation workflows.
• ServiceNow intake and ticket-driven coordination.
• End-user communications and training material authoring.
• OneDrive end-user fluency: sync versus Add shortcut to OneDrive, Known Folder Move and replacing mapped drives with network shortcuts.
• Risk and issue tracking with disciplined escalation.

Required Experience

• Experience managing enterprise migration waves, business-unit readiness, cutovers and change adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management, ServiceNow coordination, communications and risk-management capability.
• Working knowledge of OneDrive and SharePoint end-user migration impacts.
