Qualifications

Experience managing enterprise migration waves, business-unit readiness, cutovers and change adoption.
Strong stakeholder management, ServiceNow coordination, communications and risk-management capability.
Working knowledge of OneDrive and SharePoint end-user migration impacts.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain wave plans, cutover schedules, dependencies and readiness checkpoints.
Facilitate business-unit kickoffs and coordinate data owners, technical teams and support functions.
Manage mapping worksheets, RACI, ownership confirmation, attestation and sign-off.
Develop cutover communications, user guidance and training materials.
Track risks, issues, decisions and ServiceNow tickets through closure with timely escalation.
