Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to support a large-scale infrastructure and application migration project. You will drive readiness activities, coordinate testing, manage risks and dependencies, and secure stakeholder signoffs as workloads move to the Dallas data center risk-managed by DR processes.

You will work across application, infra, network, cloud, and project teams, using ServiceNow/CMDB reporting to map server relationships and report progress.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years of Technical Program/Project Management experience.
• Experience driving a technology migration with readiness, testing, risks/issues, dependencies, and signoff.
• Strong understanding of Disaster Recovery (DR) and DR planning/testing.
• Infrastructure knowledge across applications, servers, networking, on-prem/hybrid environments, and AWS.
• Experience with ServiceNow/CMDB navigation, server relationships, and reporting.

Job description

• 6–7+ years of Technical Program/Project Management experience, preferably supporting enterprise infrastructure or application environments.
• Experience driving a technology migration, including application readiness, testing, risks/issues, dependencies, and stakeholder signoff.
• Strong understanding of Disaster Recovery (DR) with experience coordinating and executing DR planning and testing.
• Solid infrastructure knowledge across applications, servers, networking, on-prem/hybrid environments, and AWS cloud.
• Experience with ServiceNow/CMDB, specifically navigating configuration data, server relationships, and reporting.
• Strong communication and execution skills, with the ability to independently drive cross-functional teams, hold stakeholders accountable, and adapt as requirements change.

Day-to-Day

This Program Manager will support a large-scale infrastructure and application migration initiative, helping drive application readiness as workloads prepare to migrate to the Dallas data center while Disaster Recovery capabilities are supported through the cloud. The individual will work closely with application, infrastructure, network, cloud, and project teams to manage readiness, testing, risks, issues, dependencies, and application signoff. They will play a key role in executing the DR strategy and adjusting plans as application architectures or infrastructure requirements change. This person will also utilize ServiceNow and CMDB reporting to understand server and application relationships, track program activities through tools such as ADO, and provide clear written updates to stakeholders. This is a highly execution-focused and accountable role, requiring someone who is self-motivated, agile, comfortable working across technical teams, and able to take direction and independently drive work through completion
