• Working knowledge of OneDrive and SharePoint end-user migration impacts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain wave plans, cutover schedules, dependencies and readiness checkpoints.
• Facilitate business-unit kickoffs and coordinate data owners, technical teams and support functions.
• Manage mapping worksheets, RACI, ownership confirmation, attestation and sign-off.
• Develop cutover communications, user guidance and training materials.
• Track risks, issues, decisions and ServiceNow tickets through closure with timely escalation.

Migration PM / Change Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Wave-based migration planning and cutover scheduling.
• Business-unit kickoff facilitation and stakeholder management with non-technical data owners.
• Mapping-worksheet methodology - folder ownership, backup owners, background applications, retention-flagged records and permission steps.
• RACI construction and data-owner sign-off and attestation workflows.
• ServiceNow intake and ticket-driven coordination.
• End-user communications and training material authoring.
• OneDrive end-user fluency: sync versus Add shortcut to OneDrive, Known Folder Move and replacing mapped drives with network shortcuts.
• Risk and issue tracking with disciplined escalation.

Required Experience
