About the Role

As a Senior Migration Engineer, you will lead technical engagements that help enterprise customers migrate from legacy PAM solutions to Keeper’s modern platform. This customer-facing role combines deep technical expertise, consultative skills, and project ownership to deliver high-impact migrations with speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

You will drive discovery sessions, design architectures, automate workflows using scripting and APIs, and guide customers through every stage of the migration journey. You’ll also partner closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure each migration meets both technical and business goals.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end migration process from competitor PAM platforms to Keeper Security
2. Collaborate with enterprise customers to gather technical requirements, assess environments, and design tailored migration plans
3. Architect and implement Keeper solutions that meet customers’ unique security and operational needs
4. Conduct technical workshops, demos, and planning sessions with stakeholders across various levels
5. Automate migration workflows using PowerShell, Python, and Keeper’s APIs
6. Demonstrate expertise in PAM components such as privileged session management, secrets management, and password rotation
7. Serve as a technical advisor during pre-sales and post-sales activities
8. Resolve complex technical issues during migrations and provide Level 2 support as needed
9. Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to align migration processes with internal tools and roadmap
10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, migration stages, and technical updates in Salesforce

Minimum Requirements

1. 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Consultant, etc.)
2. 3+ years hands-on CyberArk experience (implementation, migration, architecture)
3. Strong scripting experience with PowerShell and Python, particularly for automation and workflow optimization
4. Deep understanding of Windows/Active Directory, Entra ID, and AWS integration with PAM
5. Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-scale migrations independently
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to both engineers and executives
7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
8. Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience migrating from CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or other competing PAM platforms
2. Prior experience in SaaS or cloud-native environments
3. Familiarity with identity providers such as Azure AD and Okta
4. Industry-recognized security certifications
5. Background in DevOps, scripting, or cloud security tooling
