Job summary

Mesa Public Schools is seeking a highly qualified Migrant Education Program Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the Title I, Part C Migrant Education Program within Specialized Student Services. The role requires coordinating staff, identifying student needs, and ensuring compliance with federal/state requirements to promote student success.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in education, social work, or related field.
  • Experience leading staff, coordinating teams, or providing training.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and implements Migrant Education Program activities in line with grant requirements.
  • Monitors program expenditures and coordinates purchases.
  • Supervises and evaluates program staff.
  • Leads recruitment efforts for migratory students and families in partnership with schools and community organizations.
  • Coordinates parent and family engagement activities.
  • Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations and uses data for decision-making.
