• Coaches participants with observation and real-time feedback to build capacity.
• Provides one-on-one coaching to identify successes and improve high-leverage growth areas.
• Offers technical assistance on compliance, systems, or state requirements.
• Collaborates with classroom teams to plan scope and sequences of professional development.
• Analyzes data to identify strengths and opportunities for instructional growth.
• Contributes to building and strengthening the Academic Services Department culture.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state laws and district policies.
