Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Lay out, fit, and connect parts to be welded; calculate production measurements.
• Set up and operate welding machines for metal fabrication and assembly.
• Troubleshoot welding equipment issues.
• Assemble, align, and clamp workpieces using fixtures according to design requirements.
• Inspect, measure, and test completed workpieces to ensure specification compliance.
• Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Perform additional shop duties such as cutting, assembly, or kitting as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures; use required PPE.
• Complete cleaning and maintenance tasks to support a safe, efficient work environment.
• Willingness to cross-train and assist in other shop functions.

MIG Welders – Swing Shift

Pay: $23–$28per hour (based on weld test/interview)
$1.50 shift differential for swing shift
Schedule: Monday–Thursday
Swing Shift 2:30 pm - 1:00 am

About the Role

We are seeking skilled MIG/TIG Welders to join our structural welding team. In this role, you will fabricate and assemble customer‑specified buildings and components with precision, strength, and durability. You’ll work with steel and other metals to construct frameworks and support structures that meet exact specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Lay out, fit, and connect parts to be welded; calculate production measurements

• Set up and operate welding machines for metal fabrication and assembly

• Troubleshoot welding equipment issues

• Assemble, align, and clamp workpieces using fixtures according to design requirements

Education & Experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods

• Manual dexterity and mobility required
