Who We Are: Opti Staffing is partnering with a local manufacturing company that specializes in building industrial attachments. We’re looking for an experienced Welder to join their swing shift team. This is a hands‑on welding and fabrication position primarily focused on MIG and FCAW welding.

What You’ll Do:

• Weld industrial attachments and related components using primarily MIG and FCAW processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Fit and weld components according to specifications.
• Inspect welds and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Perform grinding, fitting, and other fabrication work as needed.
• Make adjustments to welding settings and techniques based on material and application.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety and quality standards.
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules.

• Heavy fabrication experience.
• Experience with structural welding and fitting.
• Ability to perform grinding, cutting, fitting, and other fabrication tasks.
• Welding certifications are a plus.
