Helion is seeking a motivated MIG Welder to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Terrell, Texas. You will perform production MIG welding using .052 wire and weld structural steel components such as joists, I-beams, webbing, and plates, while reading blueprints and weld symbols.

The role requires maintaining high-quality welds, meeting production goals, and collaborating closely with team members on the shop floor. Prior MIG experience in production or structural steel is essential.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience in production or structural steel environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Pass 1G and 2G unlimited weld tests.

Responsibilities

• Perform production MIG welding using .052 wire
• Weld structural steel components (joists, I-beams, webbing, plates, stiffeners, brackets)
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Maintain quality welds while meeting production goals
• Work effectively with a crew in a team environment
