Qualifications

• 1–3 years of MIG, mesh, and resistance welding experience.
• Able to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Experience welding thin-gauge material and wire mesh.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in a manufacturing/fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• MIG, mesh, and resistance welding on steel and aluminum components.
• Set up and operate resistance welding equipment.
• Weld wire mesh panels, frames, and assemblies with consistent quality.
• Adjust weld settings to meet quality requirements.
• Read blueprints and inspect finished welds for strength and appearance.
• Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and cooperate with production goals.
