Qualifications

• Previous experience as a machine set-up operator, machine operator, or manufacturing technician preferred.
• Experience in metal fabrication, wire forming, stamping, or tube bending is a plus.
• Ability to read tape measures, calipers, blueprints, and production drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust manufacturing equipment for production runs according to specifications and work orders
• Operate machines such as wire forming equipment, tube benders, presses, and fabrication machinery
• Change tooling, dies, fixtures, and machine settings to meet production requirements
• Perform first-piece inspections and verify product quality using measuring tools
• Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and production drawings
• Monitor production output and ensure parts meet quality standards
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine upkeep
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following all safety policies
• Work closely with supervisors and production personnel to meet production goals
