Damotech, Missouri-based leader in pallet rack repair, seeks a MIG welder to join our production team. You will operate MIG welding equipment, read blueprints, and assemble metal components to high-quality standards. Shift: 4:00 AM–2:30 PM, with 3-day weekends.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workspace, inspecting welds, collaborating with peers to hit daily targets, and complying with safety protocols. We offer $23.50/hour plus benefits and a 4-day workweek option.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
