Job summary

WEBCO MFG in Kansas is seeking a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our Weld Team. You will produce high-quality welds and read blueprints to meet exact specifications in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of MIG welding experience, is detail-oriented, and capable of interpreting welding symbols while performing precise, efficient work on flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience (at least 1 year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method to meet blueprint specs if not stated.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA for inspection.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct part counts.
• Organize work by complexity, method used, and expected completion time.
