Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join the Weld Team in a customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will produce high quality welds efficiently, interpret blueprints and welding symbols, and uphold strict accuracy to meet customer specifications.

Based in Kansas, the role offers an in-person work model with growth paths, quarterly bonus potential, and an ESOP. We emphasize safety, teamwork, and excellence in every weld.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience (at least one year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method to meet blueprint specifications.
• Perform first piece checks and submit for inspection.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct part counts.
• Organize work to match complexity and timelines.
• Other duties as required.
