WEBCO MFG in Kansas is seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our Weld Team. The role focuses on producing high quality welds to customer specifications, with emphasis on efficiency and precision in a fully air-conditioned, employee-owned environment.

You will read blueprints, interpret welding symbols, handle flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds, and maintain production records. This full-time, in-person position requires commuting from Olathe, KS or relocating to the area, with strong

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabrication experience (at least 1 year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by determining the welding method used if not stated on the blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA for inspection before completing the entire job.
• Maintain records on production to ensure correct part counts.
• Organize work to meet complexity, method, and anticipated completion time.
• Other responsibilities as required.
