Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join the Weld Team. The role focuses on producing high quality welds efficiently to meet customer specifications, with emphasis on precision and teamwork in a fully employee-owned company.

In this position you will read blueprints, perform welds in multiple positions, track production, and contribute to a safe, growth-oriented shop culture. This is a full-time, on-site role in Kansas.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabrication experience of at least 1 year.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by determining welding methods if not shown on the blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA before completing the job.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct number of parts.
• Organize work to meet complexity and anticipated completion times.
