WEBCO MFG, a growing employee-owned manufacturer in Kansas, is hiring a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join the Weld Team. The role focuses on producing high quality welds to meet customer specs and ensure efficient processing.

Applicants should have at least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience, be able to read blueprints and welding symbols, and perform flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience (at least one year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by selecting welding methods per blueprint.
• Complete first piece check and submit for QA inspection before full production.
