WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused environment in Kansas. The role emphasizes efficient, precise welding to meet customer specifications and quality standards. We offer an ESOP, growth opportunities, and a strong benefits package.

As a full-time, in-person position, the successful candidate will read blueprints, perform welds in multiple positions, and contribute to a safety-first culture with regular performance reviews.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience (1+ year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method to meet blueprints or customer specs.
• Perform first piece check and submit for QA inspection.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct part counts.
• Organize work to optimize complexity, method, and completion time.
• Perform other duties as required.
