Job summary

WEBCO MFG seeks a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our weld team in a growth-focused, employee-owned environment. The role requires producing high-quality welds, reading blueprints, and meeting customer specifications with precision.

We offer a fully air-conditioned shop, quarterly pay increases, an ESOP, strong benefits, and clear growth paths. In-person, full-time position with relocation to Olathe, KS, and on-site work location.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabrication experience with at least 1 year
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Proficient with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by determining welding method if not stated on the blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit to quality assurance for inspection before completing the job.
• Maintain records on production to ensure the correct number of parts.
• Organize work according to complexity, method used, and anticipated completion time.
• Other responsibilities as required.
