Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused environment. The role emphasizes producing high-quality welds efficiently while adhering to customer specifications and using blueprints to determine welding methods.

The company is employee-owned with ESOP benefits, a climate-controlled shop, and opportunities for quarterly bonuses and growth. In-person work with relocation to the Olathe, KS area is required.

Qualifications

• MIG welding and fabrication experience required (min 1 year).
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and symbols.
• Comfortable performing flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specs; determine welding method if not stated on blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA before completing full job.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct part counts.
• Organize work by complexity, technique, and estimated completion time; perform other duties as needed.
