Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join the Weld Team in a customer-focused environment. The role emphasizes efficient, high-quality welds meeting specifications, with employee ownership culture and growth opportunities.

The position offers a full-time, in-person role at our Olathe, KS facility with comprehensive benefits and potential quarterly bonuses. Prior experience and blueprint literacy are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• MIG weld/fabricator experience of at least one year.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by determining welding method if not stated on blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA for inspection before completing the job.
• Maintain records on production to ensure correct quantity of parts.
• Organize work to be performed according to complexity, method, and expected completion time.
• Other responsibilities as required.
