Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused environment. You will produce high quality welds and determine welding methods to meet blueprints, while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

We offer an air-conditioned shop, quarterly pay reviews, ESOP, growth paths, and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Olathe, KS, with relocation and commute requirements satisfied.

Qualifications

• MIG Welding/Fabricator experience (at least one year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method to be used if not stated on the blueprint and ensure materials meet specifications.
• Perform first piece checks and submit to QA for inspection prior to completing entire job.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct number of parts and timely processing of orders.
