Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will produce high quality welds efficiently and interpret blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabrication experience required (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method to meet blueprints or specifications.
• Complete first piece checks and submit for QA inspection.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct quantity.
• Organize work by complexity and lead time for efficient workflow.
• Perform other duties as required.
