Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will produce high quality welds efficiently, read blueprints and symbols, and verify specifications before full production.

The role offers a full-time schedule in a conditioned shop with ESOP benefits and growth opportunities. Located in Kansas, this in-person position requires relocation to Olathe and commuting to the shop.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience (at least 1 year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by determining welding method if not stated on the blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA before completing the job.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct quantity.
