Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused environment in Olathe, KS. The successful candidate will produce high quality welds efficiently, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience (at least one year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method to meet customer specs if not stated on blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit to quality assurance.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct part counts.
• Organize work to meet complexity, method, and turnaround times.
• Other responsibilities as required.
