Qualifications

• Proven experience in welding and fabrication on production setups.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Expertise in MIG welding techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment for production runs.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine specs.
• Perform MIG welding to fabricate metal components.
• Inspect finished products for quality and conformance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting welding issues as they arise.
