Sintel Inc. in Spring Lake, MI is seeking a Junior MIG Fabrication Welder to turn drawings into durable parts. You will prep your station, set up MIG welding, and lay down clean beads while ensuring safety and quality on a tight-knit team.

You will study blueprints, fabricate parts to spec, inspect welds, and help optimize processes in a fast-paced production environment. High school diploma and welding certifications are a plus.

Schedule Options & Pay

We also offer a 2nd shift welding position with a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts), providing additional flexibility for your schedule.

Offer: Hourly rate plus a 20% shift premium.
