100Hires, Inc. seeks a Junior MIG Fabrication Welder in Spring Lake, MI to turn drawings into durable parts. You will prepare, set up, and MIG-weld components, inspect welds and dimensions, and keep a safe, organized workspace in a fast-paced production environment.

Ideal candidates have a keen eye for detail, can work solo or with a team, and bring a proactive problem-solving mindset. Welding certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and operate welding equipment to support production runs.
• Study blueprints and drawings to determine measurements and fit-up needs.
• MIG weld to fabricate parts meeting specs and finish standards.
• Inspect welds and dimensions for accuracy and compliance.
• Keep the work area organized and safe; follow procedures.
• Collaborate with peers to refine processes and boost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot weld quality or equipment issues as they arise.
