Job summary

Miller Industries, Inc. is seeking skilled welders to join our team. You will weld metal parts per blueprints, set up and clamp components, and inspect welds for quality.

This role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, read drawings, and operate welding equipment. We offer a 4-on 4-off schedule, opportunities for tuition reimbursement and professional development, regular merit increases, and on-site health screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read AWS blueprints.
• Ability to perform MIG welding.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Must wear PPE including a PAPR for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Weld metal parts as specified by blueprints and work instructions.
• Position parts in fixtures and clamp as needed.
• Inspect weld beads for size and specifications; repair as required.
• Perform tack welding and prep work; grind and clean parts.
