Job summary

Miller Industries in Hermitage, PA is hiring a Welder 2 to join our production team. Welds aluminum and metal parts according to blueprints with gas welding equipment.

This role offers a climate-controlled environment, a 4 days on/4 days off schedule, bonus eligibility, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career advancement. You’ll learn on-site at the Weld Academy and contribute to products used on major towing and recovery programs.

Qualifications

• Welding aluminum to blueprint specifications.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret welding symbols.
• Strong attention to weld quality and workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Weld aluminum and metal parts using gas welding equipment.
• Position parts in jigs or fixtures on bench or floor and clamp as needed.
• Examine weld bead size and conformance to specifications.
• Repair broken or cracked welds and components.
