Miller Industries, Inc. is seeking skilled welders to join our team. You will weld metal parts per blueprints, set up and clamp components, and inspect welds for quality.
This role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, read drawings, and operate welding equipment. We offer a 4-on 4-off schedule, opportunities for tuition reimbursement and professional development, regular merit increases, and on-site health screenings.

Summary:
Welds metal parts with gas welding equipment as specified by blueprints by performing the following duties.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Must be able to wear required PPE including a Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) weighing approximately 2.5 pounds for extended periods of time (10-12 hours).
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to work a schedule of four days on, then four days off.
