Martin Sprocket & Gear, Inc. is seeking skilled Welders for our 2nd shift in Texas to join a team that values precision and innovation. You will perform MIG welding, follow process sheets, inspect welds, and support production with safety and quality.

Qualified candidates have MIG welding experience in manufacturing; Flux Core is a plus. Read and document in English; ability to stand for long shifts in a non-climate-controlled environment. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Flux Core welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions in English.
• Physical ability to lift and position heavy components.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and adhere to schedules.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding to join metal parts per specifications.
• Follow process sheets, blueprints, or supervisor instructions.
• Move and handle heavy parts; crane assistance as needed.
• Inspect welds and perform finishing as required.
• Maintain machines and workspace; follow safety protocols.
• Support quality control and cross-functional needs.
