Job Opportunity: Mig Welder in Cleveland, TN

Join Staffmark, a trusted partner in staffing with years of experience empowering talent. We are seeking a motivated individual to become part of our team, specializing in innovative technologies that clean the air of harmful pollutants and carbon dioxide.

Schedule and Compensation

• Training on 1st shift, then rotating to 3rd shift, working every other weekend
• Pay rate: $18 - $21/hr, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials following project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings for layout and welding
• Follow welding safety guidelines to maintain a risk-free work environment
• Weld materials in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions
• Use measuring instruments and ensure quality, detail-oriented work
• Lift up to 50 lbs, demonstrate strong math and written communication skills

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of MIG welding experience.
