Welder-MIG - 1st Shift

Shift: 6am-3pm | Pay: $23-$26/hr

Job Description

This position involves MIG welding and requires adherence to safety standards, quality assurance, and teamwork. Responsibilities include:

1. Welding casings and tracks using wire feed welders according to blueprints and Bill of Materials.
2. Measuring and laying out holes and locations for welded components.
3. Adjusting welders for varying steel thicknesses.
4. Operating grinders, drills, band saws, ironworkers, torches, and cranes.
5. Completing and maintaining necessary paperwork.
6. Assisting in training new employees.

Additional Responsibilities

Employees are expected to work safely, follow all safety rules, and participate in team projects. The role may include physical activities such as standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and reaching.
