Cheba Hut Houston is hiring a Crew Member to deliver fast, friendly service and memorable guest experiences in a lively, non-traditional setting. You’ll engage with guests, make menu recommendations, and contribute to a positive atmosphere on every shift.

No prior experience required, but restaurant or customer service exposure helps. You’ll receive paid training and become proficient with our POS system, SOPs, and food safety standards while embracing Cheba Hut’s playful, “Toasted” culture.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Food handling certification required (we'll help you certify)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs
• Comfortable embracing Cheba Hut’s playful, non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You’ll Own:

• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently

What Makes You a Fit:
