Job summary

Cheba Hut Dallas-Preston is hiring a Crew Member to craft great food and deliver genuine guest interactions in a fast-paced setting.

You'll uphold food safety, handle cash and POS, and contribute to a positive vibe while supporting the team across shifts. Previous food service or customer service is preferred, certification in food handling can be provided, and opportunities for advancement are available.

• Food handling certification required (we’ll help you certify).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs.

As a Crew Member, you'll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You’ll Own:

• Guest Experience & Interaction

• Make confident menu recommendations
• Provide fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

• Maintain strong situational awareness - keep your head on a swivel
• Clean as you go - never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Food handling certification required (no worries if you don't have one- we'll help you certify)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs
