Job summary

Saint Clare's Health in Denville, NJ is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our Women's Health and Labor & Delivery team. This role provides prenatal through postpartum care and collaborates with OB/GYNs to deliver high-quality, patient-centered maternity services.

The successful candidate will hold a CNM credential, be eligible in NJ, and commit to advancing family planning and gynecologic wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Midwifery.
• Active or eligible New Jersey RN/APN licensure.
• DEA and CDS registration (or eligibility).
• BLS/NRP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prenatal and postpartum care.
• Labor and delivery management for low-risk pregnancies.
• Gynecologic wellness exams and preventive care.
• Family planning and contraceptive counseling.
• Patient education and advocacy.
• Collaboration with OB/GYN physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.
• Participation in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $120,000-130,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
