Unified Women’s Healthcare in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a Full Time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our growing practice. The role offers a base salary of USD 150,000–160,000 and a 4-day work week focused on life-work balance.

Deliveries occur at Monmouth Medical Center with patient loads around 20–25 per day; call 1–2 days weekly and one weekend per month, with some call from home. CME, benefits, and malpractice coverage are provided.

• ACME-accredited CNM program graduate.
• MS/MSN degree and active RN license.

Overview

Unified Women’s Healthcare is the leading national platform for women’s healthcare. Our affiliated practice in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a Full Time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join their growing practice! $150,000 Salary!

Position Highlights

• Deliveries per year - Approx. 10-15 deliveries per month
• Deliveries are performed at Monmouth Medical Center part of RWJ Barnabas Hospitals
• Patient load - Approx. 20-25 patients per day
• Work schedule - 4 day work weeks! (office is open 5 days)
• Call schedule: 1-2 days a week and 1 weekend a month
• Call is taken from home
• Duties of position - Full spectrum midwifery care
• Focus on quality of life & work/life balance.

Requirements

• AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife
• Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
• Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
• Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license
• CPR and NALS Certification
• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• One year of full-time experience as a CNM is preferred
